Shall mean all the system level and application level components of JobGo. System level components consist of JobGo application servers, web servers and database servers. Application level components consist of web components, which provide dynamic responses to requests from a web page, and also components, which contain server-side business logic for the Service.
The JobGo Personality and Work Behaviour Test is a unique psychological measure for the purpose of coaching yourself, producing comparable information about your personal qualities for your CV and advertising yourself to employers as well as any new tools developed by JobGo.
The Service is rendered by Talentor Group Ltd. and its affiliated Companies. The Company registered and mailing address is Tekniikantie 14, 02150 Espoo, Finland. The Company enterprise ID number is 1820691-2. Talentor Group has the sole right to transfere This Service and any rights herein to another Company.
By registering and using the you explicitly signify your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.
For the purposes of these Terms of Use, you may be referred to as ‘end-user’, and any such referral in these Terms of Use applies to you.
JobGo is a social career network for professionals and companies. JobGo connects you with the right people and provides tools for developing yourself, your career and your business.
A member of the JobGo is part of an active, dynamic "inner circle" of the working life, and is provided with a constantly-expanding network of professionals, enhanced with tools for managing one's career and professional abilities, and potential for finding the best possible career paths.
With the aid of the JobGo network, professionals can build relationships with potential future employers, whereas employers can build candidate pools for future requirements. Even people who aren't actively seeking for a new job can be found by headhunters and companies and be offered new chances for new success.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your employer account, Profile and passwords.
Employers are solely responsible for any information inserted through JobGo Site.
JobGo does not make any representations regarding the accuracy or validity of CV’s or other information available for evaluation by employers and JobGo shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by any entity posting job etc.
Job Advertisement shall not contain inaccurate, false, misleading or illegal information, and Advertisements cannot be used in any other purpose than recruitment for the job in question, i.e it is not allowed to promote products, services, political parties, religions etc.
CV Database must be used in accordance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws, and You agree You shall not further disclose any of the data from JobGo CV Database to any third party, unless You are an authorized recruitment agency, staffing agency, advertising or other agency or using the CV explicitly for employment purposes.
You shall take all required appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect the data You have obtained from JobGo CV Database from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
CV Database shall not be used for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees, including but not limited to advertising promotions, products, or services.
You do not have to submit anything to Company, but if you choose to submit information or content you do grant by concluding this Agreement, a nonexclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, unlimited, assignable, sublicenseable and royaltyfree right to us to copy, improve, distribute, publish, remove, retain, add, and use and commercialize information you submit to us, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or to any third parties.
If you purchase any services that we offer for a fee, either on a one-time or subscription basis (“Premium Services”), you agree to JobGo storing your payment card information or other applicable invoicing information.
You also agree to pay the applicable fees for the Premium Services (including, without limitation, periodic fees and one time lump sums payments) as they become due plus all related value added or other taxes, and to reimburse us for all collection costs and legally applicable penal interest for any overdue amounts. Your obligation to pay fees continues through the date you cancel your subscription to the Premium Services. All fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. You also acknowledge that JobGo Premium Services are subject to this Agreement and any additional terms related to the provision of the Premium Service.
These terms and conditions shall be applied to the use of the “Candidate Sourcing Service” (Service) of JOBGO.COM. JOBGO SERVICE (and any other applicable Sites and domains – hereinafter called as JobGo Service) by Candidates, Agents and Companies. In addition, the General terms of JobGo are always applied (general terms).
Candidate is a registered user who participates in recruitment process using the JobGo Service.
Agent is a registered user of JobGo Service who has brought a new User to register herself/himself under the following conditions:
A Company is a corporate user of JobGo service, who uses the “Candidate Sourcing Service” for recruitment.
The candidate will always receive invitation for disclosing information in case the Company wants to include his profile into the Sourcing Service.
The candidate has the sole right to choose, if he/she wants to participate in the disclosing of information.
In case, information is disclosed, Candidate gives the consent as indicated in the general terms for the Company to handle the information (in accordance with the General terms).
In case, the candidate is hired via this Service, the candidate is entitled for a success fee from the fee, which the Company pays to JobGo Service. Such a fee is paid within 60 days from the receiving of money by the JobGo Service.
The candidate shall inform about his/her recruitment via JobGo Service system and should deliver his/her payment information and income tax card to support@jobgo.com as applicable by local legistlation.
The agent can invite unlimited amount of users into the JobGo Service Service.
In case the candidate, invited by Agent, is recruited via the system, The Agent is entitled for a success fee from the fee, which the Company pays to JobGo Service. Such a fee is paid by JobGo within 60 days from the receiving of money from the Company.
When notified about successful recruitment, the Agent shall send payment information as follows:
The Company can use this service only for its recruitment purposes as defined in the General terms.
The Company must pay success fees in accordance with Talentor Price List.
The information received from the System can be used and stored in accordance with the General terms and other applicable terms.
The Company must inform JOBGO SERVICE, in case it (or affiliated company) recruits a candidate which has been presented to the Company from this System during 12 months after the “release” of information through the system.
Payment shall be done in accordance with the General terms.
In case the Company is in breach of these obligations, Talentor shall have the right to charge extra recruitment fee, equivalent to 100 % of the Price list value of the Recruitment.
These terms can be changed in accordance with the General terms.
The Service, any Service Features (the JobGo Personality and Work Behavior Test etc.) and accompanying documentation made available by download from the Site is fully titled and copyrighted work of Talentor Group.
The Company is not liable either for the content of information carried by means of the or for any consequences of communicating such content to end-users or any third parties.
Downloads shall be entirely at your own risk. Company not be liable for any damage which may result from the download, installation, storage or use of software or content from our web site not due to our fault.
You must Keep your password confidential, do not let others use your account;
You accept that you are solely responsible for anything that happens through your account — until you notify the Company of a breach support@jobgo.com or close down your account.
To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or the warranty of non-infringement.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Company does not warrant that the functions contained in the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, thus the above exclusion may not apply to all end-users.
Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, thus the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to all end-users.
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the use of the Service and the content end-users submit, post to, or transmit through the Site and other Internet sites affiliated with the Service, or end-user usage of or connection to such sites, or end-user violation of the Terms of Use, or end-user violation of any rights of another person or entity in connection with the Service.
JobGo Logo is registered in Finland, and registrations are pending in other countries. The Company’s trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not the Company’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among end-users, or in any manner that disparages or discredits the Company.
All content and compilation of content included on the Site and other Internet sites affiliated with the Service and pertaining to the use of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of the Company and is protected by Finnish and international copyright laws.
A Separate Privacy Policy has been provided to explain the Company’s privacy practices.
The Service and the Site are controlled and operated by the Company. The Company makes no representation that use of the Service or materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in your location or country of current residence.
Those who choose to use the Service or access the Site from any location or country do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
While using the Service and the Site be advised that the current version of the Terms of Use available on the Site, always applies.
The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time by publishing new versions of the Terms of Use on the Site. Such new version shall become effective after thirty (30) days from the date of publication, or sooner in case end-user accepts the new version of the Terms of Use by pressing the ‘Accept’ button on the related page on the Site.
Use of the Service or the Site by the end-user past the expiration of the thirty-day period shall constitute the end user’s acceptance of the new version of the Terms of Use.
In case end-user does not wish to accept a new version of the Terms of Use, the end-user may choose to terminate the Service by submitting a termination request via e-mail at support@jobgo.com, with such termination put in force on the date the new version of the Terms becomes effective.
The Company provides the Service to each of its end-users for terms of indefinite length. End-user term begins on the date of the end-user registration on the Site.
To terminate the Service, end-user shall submit a termination request in writing via e-mail at support@jobgo.com. The termination shall become effective within the next 3 office days.Any event which affects negatively normal functioning of the Service and is beyond the control of the Company is considered a force majeure. Poor functioning of non-functioning of the Service as a result of a force majeure does not constitute breach of the Terms of Use by the Company. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences of such force majeure events.
By ordering or using the Service and the Site end-user and the Company agree that all matters relating to the use of the Service and the Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Finland, without giving effect to any principles of choice of laws. Any disputes shall be resolved by district court of Helsinki.
